FTP Information

Below are instructions for connecting to the FTP site as well as recommendations for file handling and folder naming. Please contact VIP for your username and password prior to following the instructions below.

FOR PC USERS:

1.    Create a new folder with your name or company name on your desktop and place your file(s) in it.
2.    Browse to ftp://ftp.vipphotolab.com (add to your "Favorites" for next time) or click the link below.
3 .   In the login box, enter the username "vipclient" and the password emailed to you.
4.    Drag & drop your files into the active window. Transfer time is dependent upon your equipment and connection speeds.
5     After the file transfer is complete, email your order details including

-Folder and file names
-Sizes and quantities
-Paper surface, matte or glossy
-Name, complete shipping address, and daytime phone number
-any special printing, handling, or shipping instructions
-payment information

FOR MAC USERS:

1.     Create a new folder with your name or company nameon your desktop and place your file(s) in it.
2.     Use an FTP client software (such as Fetch). Some browsers, such as Firefox and Safari might also work (try the link above).
3 .     Browse to ftp://ftp.vipphotolab.com (add to "Favorites" for later).
4 .     In the login window, enter the username "vipclient" and the password emailed to you.
