Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

PAYMENTS ACCEPTED
We value your business very much. Because of our low pricing schedules to help keep our customers competitive, our terms are COD. All orders must be paid before they can be picked up or shipped. We accept cash, checks and the following credit cards: Visa & MasterCard, and Discover.

RETURNED CHECK POLICY
There will be a $30.00 service charge applied to checks returned for any reason. All debts must be resolved before any orders are available for pickup or delivered.

SERVICE TIMES
Print orders received in-lab after 12:00 noon will be considered as the following day's work when determining service time. Our regular work days are Monday through Friday. Saturday, Sunday and legal holidays are excluded. Normal service times are based on an average work flow and are established only as a guide for you and the lab. During times of unusually heavy or light work loads, variations are likely to occur. Improperly exposed negatives, mixing film types, vague instructions, incorrectly prepared files or out-dated film types can also contribute to delays in processing your order.

SHIPPING

VIP can ship your order anywhere in the United States and Internationally (not all countries included) via USPS Priority Mail. FedEx and Express mail is available at extra cost. All orders are shipped FOB Bethlehem PA.. Shipping charges are:

ACTUAL POSTAGE COSTS +	$5.00 - for small to medium sized boxes (up to 11X14" print sizes)
	$6.00 - for photos larger than 11X14 shipped rolled in a sturdy shipping tube or medium to large boxes
	$12.00 minimum - Large, oversized, or special boxes. Oversized rates will apply.
	$15.00 - 24X30X1" Flat shipping boxes. Oversized rates will apply.

RE-ORDERS
Re-orders will be handled as a new order. It is not always possible to exactly match color and density of a previous order. However, on custom orders we will come as close as possible if an original print is supplied as a guide.

REMAKES
Should a remake be necessary, please remember you must return (1) original print(s) or transparency, (2) a copy of the invoice, (3) clear instructions of what must be corrected. Remakes must be returned to the lab within two weeks from the original delivery date for consideration.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY
Submitting any tangible or electronic media, image, data, file, card, disc, device, film, print, slide or negative for any purpose, such as processing, printing, duplication, alteration, enlargement, storage, transmission, or other handling, constitutes an AGREEMENT that any loss or damage to it by our company, subsidiary or agents, even though by our negligence or other fault, will only entitle you to replacement with an equivalent quantity/size of unexposed photographic film or electronic media, and processing of the replacement media. Except for such replacement, our acceptance of the media, image, data, file, card, disc, device, film, print, slide, or negative is without other liability, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded. No expressed or implied warranty is provided. This policy will remain in effect indefinitely and cannot be altered by any employee of VIP Photographic Lab Services, its subsidiary or agents.

DIGITAL ORDERING INFORMATION
There is a great variety of software available for digital imaging and it is continuously being upgraded. We recommend Photoshop since it has become an industry standard for photographers, the current version is Photoshop CS. We can only print images that have been rendered in flattened TIFF format. Do not save layers or channels within the tiff file. Unfortunately some colors may not match between screen and print. Keep in mind that you are viewing an electronic representation of a photographic product. The color gamut of a monitor is significantly smaller than the color gamut of photographic paper. We cannot be responsible for images that have been improperly adjusted or prepared. When using Photoshop, please check the proportions of your image prior to writing a disk, you can use the crop tool and set the proportion you want to achieve. Files should be rendered at the print size at 300 dpi. Then check the image with the navigator set at 100% so each pixel in your file will be represented by a screen pixel.

DIGITAL OUTPUT DISCLAIMER
The customer agrees to accept the imaged output of their files AS IS. Proofreading is the customer's responsibility. Since the accuracy of electronic output is not possible without a proof for reference, a guide print must be supplied for color matching.

COPYRIGHTED MATERIALS
VIP Photographic Lab Services will not reproduce any images or materials marked as copyrighted without a signed statement of permission and acceptance of responsibility. In all cases VIP Photographic Lab Services takes the position on unmarked materials that the customer either owns or has proper permission from the owner to make reproductions. The customer, by providing VIP with materials for reproduction, agrees to hold VIP Photographic Lab Services harmless for any penalties or damages that are assessed against us.

EXAMINE CAREFULLY
Please examine your files, negatives, or transparencies carefully. This is important when ordering large prints. We are not responsible for small scratches, grain, or other artifacts in the file or photograph that were not noticed at a small size reproduction, but may become objectionable in a larger size.
